Lessons of The Covid-19 Outbreak
What are the lessons that we can get from the covid-19 outbreak
If we do the reflection on our daily life, what is happening right now is the best condition that we need to be grateful. There are so many lesson that we get in school during the outbreak.
- Focus and Fast Response:
Everything has change since the covid-19 outbreak. The school leaders have to change all the plan that have been well prepared. The focus has change, and I choose to focus on the human resources (teachers and staff) who will run the school. We gather them to motivate and learn new things beyond the technology.
Many parents are complaining about the payment of tuition fee.
- Delegate the Task:
When we are too busy with task, we often try to finish it as soon as possible. As a school leader we have to delegate most of the task to our vice so we can be focusing on the big decision or creating a new way of teaching learning and solution. This is something that the school leader must know, that delegating task is not always easy.
- Share with your Team
Share your ideas and thought with your colleagues. As a school leader we can share everything to the teachers and ask their participation. A school leader has to give many chances to the teachers to develop their skills. Teachers will feel appreciate with contribution they do.
Together we involve all of school elements. We ask them to get involve and being a participation. This will be a great way to improve the sense of belonging.
